1. Introduction

Welcome to Aaron Driving School, By enrolling in our driving courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment: Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of any course unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Student
• Notice Period: Students must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any scheduled lessons.
• Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of the lesson fee or the option to reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson cost.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in the loss of the entire lesson fee.
3.2. Rescheduling Lessons
• Students may reschedule lessons with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of the lesson cost.
3.3. Cancellation by Driving School
• If the driving school needs to cancel a lesson (due to instructor unavailability, vehicle issues, etc.), students will be notified as soon as possible.
• Students will have the option to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the cancelled lesson.
3.4. Refund Process
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing (via email or through the school’s website).
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request, using the original payment method.
• If a package is purchased, unused lessons will be refunded (used lessons will be charged at the regular rate, and the balance will be refunded).
4. Student Responsibilities

4.1 Requirements: Students must provide a valid and original BC Learner’s Driver’s Licence or Driver’s Licence, including a Foreign Driver’s Licence and bring it to all lessons.
Failure to do so may result in the lesson being cancelled and fees being forfeited.

4.2 Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner. Any behaviour deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in the termination of the lesson without a refund.

5. Instructor Responsibilities

5.1 Professionalism: Our instructors are qualified and experienced. They are committed to providing safe and effective driving instruction.

5.2 Safety: Instructors will ensure a safe learning environment and will terminate a lesson if safety concerns.

6. Liability

67.1 Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured, and we maintain all necessary licenses and certifications. However,
we are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from lessons.

6.2 Waiver: By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that driving involves inherent risks and agree to waive any claims against the driving school for damages or losses.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Personal Information: We collect and use personal information only for the purposes of providing driving instruction and related services. Your information will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and will take effect immediately upon posting.

9. Lesson Rates

9.1 single lesson
Fees are $70.00 per hour. Each driving lesson is 90 minutes, charged at $105.00 per Single Lesson, with a minimum of 80 minutes of practice.

10.2 Package Rates
Refresher Package (5×1.5 hours): $ 500
Advanced Package (10x 1.5 hours): $ 950
Intermediate Package (15x 1.5 hours): $1,350
Beginner Package(20x 1.5 hours) : $1,700

10.3 Road Test Package

Package A: 45 minutes warm-up and car rental for road test $160
Package B: 90 minutes warm-up and car rental for road test $200
Car rental for road test $100

(5% GST will be added to the original prices)

11. Additional Passengers
We allow one additional person in the vehicle during the lesson for observation
